Neck Pain
Neck pain may be due to a variety of causes:
- suddenly by injury
(in a car crash for example) - over a long period of time
(due to poor posture at a computer for example)
This can lead to damage to joints, ligaments, discs or muscles of the neck and can lead to stiffness,
headache and neck pain.
If the damage is more severe the pain may radiate into the arm and hand caused
by irritation of a nerve and this can manifest as pain, tingling or numbness.
